Billing and Usage

Row Sherpa offers flexible plans designed to scale with your data processing needs. Our billing is simple and based on Rows and Tokens.

Understanding Quotas

Monthly Row Limit

Each plan comes with a set number of rows you can process per month.

• Process: Every time a row is sent to an AI model, it counts towards this limit.
• Reset: Your quota resets at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly).

Token Limits

We enforce limits on the size of data processed per row. Each plan has therefore a limit on:

• Prompt Tokens: The amount of text of your prompt.
• Row Tokens: The amount of text of the rows in your CSV.

If your prompt or data is too large for your plan's limit, the job will be rejected but you can simplify your prompt or the input data or upgrade to a plan with greater limits.

Usage

You can check your usage at any time by visiting the Usage menu:

• Your current billing cycle's usage
• Your historical consumption over previous billing cycles (by clicking View History)

Our plans are detailed on the pricing page and you can upgrade at any time from the Billing Tab of the Settings menu.

Billing

Row Sherpa uses Stripe, the leading payment system for SaaS applications, to securely manage payment and billing. We do not store any credit card numbers.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription from the Billing Tab in Settings.

By clicking Manage Subscription, you will be redirected to our customer portal (hosted by Stripe) where you can upgrade, downgrade, see your invoices or cancel at any time (in which case you will be returned to the free plan at the end of your current billing cycle).
